CHARLES R. FENTON, ESQ. is a Partner in the law firm of Fenton Grant Mayfield Kaneda & Litt. Mr. Fenton is a member of the California, Arizona, and Nevada State Bars.
His undergraduate education was completed at San Diego State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a minor in Latin American History. Upon graduation, he worked as a commercial insurance broker with Rollins Hudig Hall specializing in complex liability coverage before obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
Mr. Fenton’s practice concentrates on the representation of community associations: condominium/town home, high-rise residential projects, condominium conversions and consumers in complex multi-party matters relating to construction defects. He has been a member of several local Chapter Boards of Directors, and has held the office of President of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of Community Associations Institute (“CAI”). Mr. Fenton is a frequent speaker at the California Association of Community Managers (“CACM”) Law Seminars throughout California.
