BRITTANY A. KETCHUM, ESQ. is an associate attorney with Beaumont Tashjian and manages the firm’s governing documents department. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Ketchum is an active member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is currently serving on the CAI-Orange County Chapter’s (CAI-OC) Board and is on the Executive Committee. She is also past Chair of CAI-OC’s Education Committee where she served in this capacity for many years and is currently the Board’s Education Committee liaison. She is also a frequent speaker for CAI and has authored numerous articles published for the California Association of Community Lawyers (CACM) Law Journal.
