LOUIE A. BROWN JR. is a partner at Kahn, Soares & Conway, managing its Sacramento office and Government Relations Group. He specializes in helping clients navigate California’s complex legislative and regulatory processes, having written numerous laws and playing key roles in negotiating legislation and regulation on a variety of topics. Since 2017, Louie has been the Legislative Advocate for the California Legislative Action Committee of CAI. He holds a BS from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a JD from McGeorge School of Law.
